Hello, I need to create an organization chart using PowerPoint's SmartArt, but my boxes keep getting smaller as I create them. I've maximized my object space and I've split my organization chart into several parts on different slides, but the problem persists.
How can I disable the automatic resizing of the boxes with each new addition?

Hello,
It's normal for the size to decrease with each new addition; it's designed that way so the organizational chart doesn't overflow its frame!
So, you can enlarge the organizational chart frame to its maximum on the slide; you can even let it overflow the slide if you want, but as you add shapes, you'll see a reduction inside the SmartArt frame.
Now, you also have the right to enlarge one or more shapes of the organizational chart individually, and you can also enlarge the text within them.
Also, it's worth noting that once the organizational chart is finished, it can be converted into a drawing.
