Well yes, we shouldn't confuse the Internet and PowerPoint.
That said, it's very simple on PowerPoint but, preferably with multiple slides. It's about using the photo album.

And if you're attached to the arrows, you can add in the master slide, in the slide master, two "Action Button" shapes, one arrow for displaying the next slide and one arrow for displaying the previous slide.
If your photos are in the same location, it takes 2 minutes!

I thought I would have an image and left/right arrows to scroll through multiple images. I'm not sure if I'm being clear enough. On a web page, it's easier; I thought it would be possible to do it on a PPT as well.

Yes, it's simple...
- We were just asking why you insist on putting the different photos on the same slide, when it's so much easier to handle if each slide contains only one photo...
- We would also like to know if you've ever had the chance to use INSERTION/Forms/Action Buttons...
