How to get rid of that annoying voice?

Hello,
I have a computer running Windows 10, and for about an hour now, a voice has been reading all the texts (Examples: URLs, file names, YouTube video names...)
The problem is everywhere! (Not just on the internet ;))
For those who might have a solution, I want to warn you that this is not the built-in narrator in Windows 10!

No, he's trolling, it's just the narrator; you just have to disable it by searching for narrator.
