Problem launching Age of Empires 3 (Direct 3D)

Hello,
When I try to launch Age of Empires 3 (on Windows 7 Pro), I get an error message saying "Direct 3D initialization failure," and the game does not start.
A little clarification: when I go to "DX diag" in "display," it only shows "n/a" under "devices" (except for the display mode), "unknown" under "drivers," and "not available" under "Direct X features" (especially for Direct 3D). Is this normal?
I hope you can help me; it’s frustrating to buy a game and have it not work! (Especially since that’s all we ask of it for the price it costs!)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 43.0

    That's good, it's working!
Well, thanks a lot, all it took was to uninstall AMD Radeon properly and then reinstall it.
    This forum is great!

    Hello

Uh, have you installed your drivers? And what is your setup?

Well... I installed Direct X but it's not in the list of programs and features, is that normal? As for the configuration, I'm sorry but I'm not very knowledgeable about computers, what does that mean?

Copy what the Speccy software tells you here (you share the photo).

And you need the motherboard and graphics card drivers, otherwise the hardware is not managed.

Yeah, that's weird indeed. Reinstall DirectX.

So also, when I go to Device Manager, hardware, and click on properties of the graphics card (AMD Radeon 6450 HD), I have a note:

"Windows cannot verify the digital signature of the drivers required for this device. It is possible that a recent hardware or software change has installed a damaged or incorrectly signed file, or that it is malware from an unknown source. (Code 52)"

I already reinstalled Direct X yesterday, but it didn’t change anything...

Ah... Well, you need to completely uninstall the graphics card drivers with this:

      http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx

And reinstall them. If it doesn't work with the latest ones, take the latest WHQL from the AMD website.
