Hello,
I would like to be able to rotate a pattern in a defined area (rectangle) so that the slats of my wood texture (pattern) are perpendicular to my rectangle. I've tried everything, but the rotations I find only rotate my layer's rectangle and not just the pattern inside it... Does anyone know how to help me? :)

Hello
Draw a rectangle (rectangle tool)
Double click on the layer in the palette to open the blending options
Pattern overlay and apply the pattern
Then right-click on the effects line in the palette>create a layer
Finally, Ctrl T on this layer and you will be able to reposition, resize, and rotate the pattern without affecting the rectangle. -
