To remove the license agreement at each launch, you need to delete the adobe_epic folder.

      Perfect...
I didn't delete the folder but just renamed the DLL of the same name (adobe_epic.dll)!
I don't know what this DLL is for, but no more questions, by the way, it's useless, because the software was launching regardless of the answer! Thank you, NICIT.

You need to check all the Adobe Photoshop folders because I am using the 64-bit version, and there is a folder in Program Files (x86) and another one in Programmes. You also need to rename or delete the DLL file adobe_eula.dll to .bak, like adobe_epic.dll.bak. Rename or delete the Adobe_epic folder in each root, and it works (for me at least).
      Thanks for the tip, Nicit.

Thank you, it works! I deleted the adobe_epic folder by typing it into the Windows Explorer search.

    Good evening,

You just need to be connected to the Internet and have the Adobe server accept and validate the registration...

But this license agreement... I have to validate it every time! It's a bit tedious...!

      Good evening,

When Photoshop is installed with a valid code, you enter the code once and it lasts for a month; after that, it's over...

Thank you for your quick response!
But I have a good code, license purchased.. and every time I start I have to accept the license!
It's not too bothersome.. but a bit tiring!
And when you mention a month.. what is that?

    Hello everyone,
Personally, I've been doing the manipulations for a while and indeed the license agreement no longer shows up, but Photoshop opens and closes immediately...
    Please help me.
