Samsung laptop can't find any network

Hello,
Here is my problem, recently when I turned on my computer I noticed that at the bottom right instead of the network icon with the bars I have the computer icon with a cross... since then it’s impossible to connect to the wifi from my box because my computer doesn’t detect any networks... moreover in Windows Mobility Center the Wireless Network box no longer appears... I am desperate... I really need help please! Thank you in advance !

Ps my PC runs Windows 7

Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 44.0.2403.133

    hi,
    when you go into settings, "network & internet", your wifi card isn't present.???
    And in the device manager, it shows up.???
    Did you recently do an update, or a modification.???

      Ah.. I forgot to specify that I’m terrible with computers, so you’ll need to simplify the explanations compared to usual ^^'

      To answer you, no I can’t find my wifi card and yes my boyfriend did a cleanup in the programs so my PC is less slow, but I don’t think he would have deleted something important because he’s much more skilled than me in this domain...

      Sorry, I’ll try to be clearer ^^
      So to keep things simple.
      You’ll go to the site myconfig.com
      Click in the top left on "start detection"
      That will ask you to install a utility, you accept.
      Once that’s done, click again on "start detection"
      Once the analysis is finished, go to the bottom of the page, and click on "find drivers"
      And you’ll get a list to appear, you should send me a screenshot so I can be clearer.

      Do you have internet access with the Ethernet cable on your Samsung PC??? Because that would be needed to do the manipulation ^^
