Hello, after a bug, I was forced to open the Windows Task Manager and stop a number of processes, then manually turn off my laptop (Acer).
After that, upon reboot, I received the message "Windows did not shut down normally..." I selected "start Windows normally" and a loading bar "Windows is loading files" appeared and progressed halfway before my PC shut down.
I have tried several times to turn it on with no results...
Is there anyone who can help me resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance for your assistance and I remain available for any further information regarding my situation.
See you soon Seec

Hello,
when you start the computer, try pressing F7 or F8 as soon as the Windows logo appears, press it several times, and normally you should be able to repair the computer this way.-
Hello, thank you for your help. Indeed, I pressed F7 and a menu opened with
"choose the operating system or press TAB to select a tool:
(Use the arrows to choose an option, then press Enter.")
____Windows7
To specify an advanced option for this selection, press F8
I pressed F8, selected Repair the computer, and it shut down again... -
