How to convert an APK file to EXE?

Hello,  Configuration: Windows / Chrome 44.0.2403.157  I have a Windows 8.1 64bit system. I'm looking to convert an APK file to EXE format.  What can I use or do to achieve this?  Thank you in advance.

Exactly, you said it all :) for an emulator, I recommend BlueStacks which will allow you to run Android applications other than the apk on Windows  --

Hello,

it can't be converted.

"APK" files are designed to be used on Android and not on Windows, so you won't be able to do anything, even if you rename it ".exe" ;-)

You will need to use an Android emulation system to use the application or install it on your Android phone/tablet.
