Hello,
can someone explain to me why some colors in my Illustrator file disappear when I export my document to PDF, JPEG, or any other format?
Here's what the document is supposed to look like:

It would be good to put the result in PDF format, because it would be possible to see what is inside... with a JPG you can only observe.

Okay, it's better..
Your document is quite complex.. it slows down and may cause rendering errors.

Your circles are composed of gradient surfaces... are these transparencies as a base or gradient surfaces?

But I did a test with just the logo and I'm getting the same bug!!!

Personally, I would aim to simplify the document..
Make an image (pixelation of the background), then add the effects (circles and snowflakes) and finally the text and images...

Be careful with the order of the layers, though.
