Hello, I bought an MHL-HDMI cable from HEDEN today. I connected it to my Nokia Lumia 520 phone and my LG TV, which has a special MHL HDMI port. To connect the MHL-HDMI cable, I need to plug the HDMI end into my TV, the USB cable into my TV as well, and the micro USB into my phone. However, when I set my TV to HDMI 3 (MHL), it says no signal, even though the MHL settings on the TV show it as connected? Can you please help me urgently!!! HAVE A GOOD EVENING :)

Hi,
As far as I know, the Lumia 520 is not MHL/HDMI compatible, so it will never output any image with your cable. True, it is "connected," but there's no signal because nothing is being sent by the phone, as it simply can't. :-)
See here for the technical specifications: https://gadgets.ndtv.com/nokia-lumia-520-468
And the MHL consortium lists no Microsoft/Nokia devices as compatible on their website here: http://www.mhltech.org/devices.aspx
Best regards,

As for the rest, the person who sold it to you lied.
The MHL Consortium website does not list the device as compatible, and all the forums I've come across say the same thing (that it doesn't work) and many users who have tested various cables say the same.
So I think it doesn't support it. MHL must be supported by the terminal to be usable, and not all terminals support it.
