Hello,
In Word 2013, on an existing file (created in an older version), I go to "Design" and "Watermark" and there I can create a template type, delete it, but I never see "Custom Watermark" highlighted, so it is therefore inaccessible.
Does anyone have the solution?
Thank you.

Hello JackLyon,
Have you tried converting your document to Word 2013 format?
Check the view mode of your document:
"View" tab, "Page" (not "Web").

Hello
Check the display because only the web display mode disables the custom watermark, whether on a 2013 version file or in compatibility mode (View tab / Views group)

Hello,
Thank you for this initial feedback.
On one hand, I am sharing this file with another person who does not have the 2013 version, so I do not want to convert it (but I will do it with a different name to test the proposal), and on the other hand, I am indeed in Page view locally.-
When you say "share," I assume you are not working on it at the same time.
Could you upload a sample of your file (you can empty the content) to https://www.cjoint.com/ and provide the link here?
