Hello,
Yesterday I noticed during an exchange of texts that the previous messages with the same contact have disappeared.
I thought it might be this interlocutor who deleted "HIS" texts, but after thinking it over, I wondered why mine are gone too; they were deleted as well.
I am reaching out to you today to get an answer because I am very intrigued!

Hello,
First of all, during SMS exchanges, the messages are stored locally on the phone, which means that if the person you are communicating with deletes their texts, they will not be deleted from your phone.
There are several possible solutions: either you deleted them by mistake, or you have a setting on your phone that deletes messages after a certain amount of time to avoid using up your phone's memory.

The problem is that actually I haven't deleted any of HIS messages and none of the messages from all my contacts have disappeared!
That's the only one!!! Moreover, they haven't all disappeared—only messages that are inconvenient for the person, which is what shocked me the most!
When I wanted to go back to previous messages to remind him, I couldn't find them, not even my own!
However, some trivial messages are still there.
How is this possible?
I also experience this with a blocked contact; I don't understand it, as if it were their messages, just mine, as if some sorting had been done—unbelievable.
So I plan to go to FREE to demand an explanation or a report of an incident and/or anomaly on my line because this is not normal at all!
Maybe a physical person simply deleted them for you, especially if the messages were incriminating!
If you absolutely need these messages, try contacting the person who sent them to you; they may have kept the conversation on their phone.
