Here is my problem: yesterday I bought a micro SD at Auchan and it doesn't match with my phone, it’s a 32GB. I want to return it but I lost my receipt, what should I do?

Sorry for this response about a topic from July, but this is in case others lose their ticket and don’t know what to do...
At Auchan, it's simple:
Just go to the customer service desk of the store where the product was purchased and ask for a duplicate of the receipt. You just need to specify the exact date of the product purchase as well as the approximate time of checkout. And that’s it!
