How to change an incorrect email address during registration

Hello, I have a little problem with my Free mobile plan.
I subscribed to a plan with Free, but the issue is that they made a mistake with my email address, so I can't access my subscriber space and therefore can't activate my line.
I've called 3244 several times, and each time I was given different information.
One told me to send a letter to receive my ID and password, while another told me to complete the form by checking "yes, my line is activated." The problem is that in the end, they ask for an activation code that is obviously sent via SMS. However, since my line is not activated, I don't see how I could receive any SMS. --' (I also tried the "no my line is not active" form, but the same protocol applies, and in the end, they told me it was impossible to find the associated account, so I don't know what to do anymore.
It's really becoming a hassle; does anyone have a solution?

Hello, did you subscribe to a Free Mobile plan online (on the Internet), by phone, or at a Free Center?
Make sure that when dictating/writing your email address, you didn't make a mistake.

If you remember the email you provided, read this, response 6 (Skrawak). By reading all the responses, you'll find the procedure to do it via your Freebox subscription if you have one. However, according to what you said and this article, if you don't have an activated line, it's more complicated!
