Hello, I changed my Freebox and mobile phone. When connecting the phone to the box, the "box password" is wrong. How can I delete it to fill in the Freebox password? Thank you.

    Hello,

    The message is not really clear! I believe it's about a wifi connection issue.

    The wifi password is usually found on the packaging of the Freebox.

    You can also find it in Freebox OS http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/

    Freebox Settings > Wifi > Network Configuration

    If it's a problem with your computer connecting to the box, usually you just need to enter the new password.
    If you have difficulties, go to Settings > Network and Internet
    Click on Advanced network settings and then on Network reset.
