Wrong free secret code remote messaging

Good evening, for a few days now, I haven't been able to access my voicemail remotely. I keep getting told that my PIN is incorrect even though I have one and it is correct. This evening, I returned home. I had a voicemail message. To listen to it, I'm told the PIN is incorrect. So, I checked my credentials on Free. My PIN is indeed the correct one. As a result, I had to disable the security feature for accessing my voicemail by code to get my message. I wanted to know if there is a way to recover my PIN because I have to leave at the end of the week; otherwise, please let me know how to access my voicemail remotely.
