I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.

I’m going to tell you the simple story of a PC:
When it is new, there is nothing installed on it!
Over time, we install software!
The software uses resources, which causes slowdowns!
On top of that, there’s dirt buildup!
The PC overheats and one day, it breaks down!
A PC, even if it’s a laptop, requires a minimum of maintenance, including physical and software cleaning!
On that note, good luck with customer service :-)

Hello,
Basically, you’re asking us how to scam the warranty... :-(
Well, let’s move on... If you don’t want to take it apart: ask a technician to do it to physically and "logically" clean it because you might have too many things installed...
NB: "under warranty" = the PC must work perfectly... unless you’ve done something dangerous. If it’s not functioning properly, the warranty is there to fix the issue.
People who fight can lose. People who don’t fight have already lost.

Hello,
the question to ask is the following:
is the computer overheating?
have you ever cleaned the graphics chip heatsink?
what programs launch at startup?
what is the speed of the processor???
the warranty, depending on the retailers, takes into account the age of the device!
so for a computer that will be 2 years old, don't dream that it will be replaced,
they will simply reformat it in the best case!

->the computer is letting out quite warm air (sometimes burning, without exaggerating too much)
->no, and how do I clean the graphics chipset heatsink?!
if the PC is overheating, it's dirty, so you need to clean it without disassembly using a can of compressed air or a compressor with a nozzle, with the PC turned off, from the heatsink exhaust!
->I'm going to restart the computer and I'll let you know about the programs
ok, but first, it needs to be cleaned up!
->the processor has a speed of 1GHz
with a speed of 1 GHz, it's not a powerhouse, so we can optimize its performance, but it won’t become a speed demon!

You are right, I will take it to the service center to have it physically and "logically" revised, thank you very much for your quick responses ;D

Hello
You've tried everything except surely defragmentation... With MyDefrag, System Disk Monthly on the C:
And the antivirus that came with it, did you uninstall it to get a free one?
