Steam game download issue "Timeout exceeded"

Hello everyone,
I am not a computer expert at all and I have the following problem:
I recently bought "ark" on the steam site. The download goes smoothly until 99%. And then it shows me the following problem: "Timeout exceeded".
The support isn’t giving me any news/explanation. I'm coming here to beg for a little help.
I have:
- Re-downloaded steam
- Reset my PC
- Cleared cache
- Tried to start it in different ways (Low mb, Low mb + no sound, normal, etc.) knowing that I have 6kmb of RAM
- Reset my router
Please, I really need help, I feel like I'm going to love this game but even more, I can't stand being stuck on an issue I don't understand, please explain to me :-) !
