Hello everyone,
I would like to share my problem.
For a few weeks now, whenever I download on Steam, my connection becomes very unstable.
When everything works well, I download at an average of 11MB/s (Orange fiber) on my computer, no matter what I download and where I download it from.
However, for the past few weeks, I still download at an average of 11MB/s, but my connection is very unstable. The download itself works, but I can no longer do anything else (open a window or use the TV decoder). After a while, my speed drops to 7 or 8MB/s, and then the Orange box crashes and restarts by itself. This keeps happening until I manage to download the game completely.
It’s worth noting that I don’t have this issue on Origin, Uplay, Gog, etc. Only on Steam. I get the feeling that Steam is taking up all the bandwidth of my fiber connection and causing it to crash because it demands too much...
Has anyone experienced this kind of issue? Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks in advance anyway!
