Hi  Check in Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services if the  Print Spooler is set to "Start"  See you later  -- The radiation level is higher at the job center than at Chernobyl.

press the Windows + R keys

in the window that opens, type CONTROL ADMINTOOLS then click OK

in the window that opens, click on SERVICES

then, search for "print spoolers" in the list (it's in alphabetical order)
