Hello, I have a problem with my printer. (HP DESKJET ALL-IN-ONE SERIES 3070 A). The cartridge that came with my black printer was empty (the cyan & magenta were too, but I don't think that's the issue). So I went to the store to choose a black cartridge, 364. I installed it in the black compartment. I tried to print a report, but no ink came out. I did a cleaning, some ink colors came out but not black (I don't know if black comes out during this cleaning).
So my issue is that my cartridge is a genuine HP. The printer detects it as full but does nothing, doesn't print at all...
Thank you in advance, as this is a problem for me especially since I use it often...

if you use your printer very rarely, the ink dries up and clogs.
remember to run the cycle from time to time.

  Hello, I just changed the black cartridge of my HP3070A, I have always used genuine HP XL cartridges, and it has always worked, except today. I've been struggling for two days; I've done several head cleanings, even cleaned it with a product, but it's still the same. The other three colors are perfect. Yet, it's a new cartridge and recognized by the printer. I can't seem to reset it because once I get to and confirm "service menu," it says "SERVICE MUM......BR." I hit "OK," but nothing happens. So what should I do, please?

  I FOUND THE SOLUTION if your black cartridge is not working even though it is new. HP3070A

  I posted a message earlier because at that time I still hadn't solved this issue. But persistently, I started cleaning my nozzles again because the black cartridge still wasn't working. After about ten cleanings, it started working again. "demineralized water with a small syringe" !! The only problem is that it consumed a lot of ink before I found the solution, which is why I’m posting this message.
