SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 3 stuck on Samsung + dead Android robot

Hello everyone,

I just signed up on the site because I need help please. Thank you very much in advance if someone can help me.

This morning, I turned on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (which had charged all night, as usual) and it gets stuck on the blinking Samsung logo... All my attempts to turn it off, restart it have changed nothing.
So I go into recovery mode (thanks to the forums because I don't know anything about it) with power-vol+-home and there... The green Android robot is on its back, with an open belly and a red triangle... And it says No Command...
So I'm desperate... How can I make my tablet work again please?
Is it dead?
And above all, another big problem, if I manage to restart it, will I keep my games? I have a village on Clash that I am really proud of; I started it a month ago and it is not saved by connection... I'm so afraid of losing my village...

Well, if you have some time and a solution to propose... I'm really worried.

    Hello,

    When the tablet is off, press and hold the following buttons at the same time: POWER + Volume+ + Home

    When the Samsung logo appears in white, release the "power" button but keep holding the others until the recovery appears; normally the wipe data/reset factory option should be available.

    The factory reset includes the loss of data stored on the tablet. That's why it's important to perform regular backups ;-)

    If the problem does not resolve or persists... then the tablet likely has a hardware issue and you should consider taking it to a service center.

      Thank you for the quick response. I'm trying the three button method starting with the tablet off. But then, instead of the Samsung logo, it shows Galaxy Tab 3 and the tablet turns off again?

        In this case, when the Tab3 logo appears, you should release Power and hold the other two until the recovery displays.

        Once the recovery is present, you should have the options including factory reset with wipe data.

      Hello, after following the steps as you explained, there is a green robot and the following message "system installation", then the little robot on the back with no command in the message, what should I do?

    If I arrive in recovery mode but as I was saying, the little green robot is on its back with its belly open... It's scary! Is it sick or dead?

      And it says no commands.

      I saw on forums the other trick power-vol- to go into download but there, I don't dare to go any further because a message in English warns me that I'm putting my tablet at risk...

      Logic. The download mode should only be used with full awareness and intention.

      If the recovery does not work at all.. that's abnormal. Have you tried waiting a moment to be sure that the menu doesn't appear afterwards? Otherwise, I can only invite you to contact customer service.

      I'm giving up on the download.

      Right now, I'm in recovery mode, I can navigate with the volume buttons.

      But I need to choose something from the little blue menu?

      The robot is still on the ground with "no command" written, but I can navigate the menu and confirm.
