Hello, for the past few days, I've been having a problem. When I open the Google Play Store, it launches and then closes right away. I've already tried the Factory Reset, clearing the cache, deleting the data, removing my Samsung and Google accounts, and "downloads" is enabled, but it doesn't work. Then, a window pops up saying either "The Google Play Store app has stopped" or "The process com.google.process.gapps has stopped."

The problem is the same for me.
But I just have "Google Play Store has stopped."
The actions I have taken:
- Clear the cache and delete the data of "Google Play Store"
- Reset the settings to default
- Use the wipe cache and factory/reset mode
So I really need help please because I can no longer use my tablet as I wish.
I would like to mention that I am on Galaxy Tab 2.

Unfortunately, given what you have already tried, the only option left is to reset the phone.

Bonjour, when I go on Google Play it tells me to install and when I press it I am asked to sign up and when I sign up it says incorrect.
