Hello,
My Packard Bell Easynote LJ65 computer had the Vista version, after formatting it now has a Windows 7 version, which has caused me mouse and Bluetooth functionality issues: fortunately, the mouse issue is resolved, but my Bluetooth doesn't work, even the light button shows no signs of activation, and there is no trace of it in the control panel. Previously, I had been able to use Bluetooth for transfers.
If you can help me resolve this issue, thank you in advance.

Hello,
Download and install the Bluetooth driver for your PC:

Then restart your PC.
See you later =)

Yes, the driver I'm referring you to is the driver for your PC and it's compatible with Windows 7, don't worry...
=)- Hello,
I apologize for the delay as I had taken my PC to the technician. He tried on his end as well but still nothing. His conclusion was that my Packard Bell Easynote LJ65 recognizes its drivers on Vista but not on Windows 7. It remains to be verified; I really don’t understand.
Thank you for your response.
