Hello,
so here it is all in the title, a friend bought the Packard Bell Easynote TJ 65 laptop, the Bluetooth icon is present next to the Caps Lock and other indicators, and when pressing the Fn and F6 keys, an icon with a crossed-out Bluetooth symbol appears. Thank you in advance.

Personally, I have a Packard Bell Easy Note TJ65, it works wonderfully.

You just need a Bluetooth key and it works =)

Well, I don't understand your problem; when you do it once, it activates the bluetooth. You just need to press it once, the second time it disables it. I also have a bluetooth problem; I believe it's not built-in, so I had to buy a dongle.

THE BLUETOOTH is not integrated, it's written on the device's box!

a ok personally I didn't see the box, but I've seen worse on an Acer, there was actually a button for Bluetooth even though it's not present, all that just to make the most profit possible pfff

There is no problem because Bluetooth is not present on the device...
    Buy a Bluetooth adapter ;)

Hi everyone, I bought the same PC as you and I'm having the same problem. I bet you also have issues with your webcam.
Regarding Bluetooth, they did put a button, but they haven't integrated it because I can't find any drivers for it on my PC...
On another note, I was told that Acer is now the one building Packard Bell PCs, so it's not very surprising... (needs to be verified though)
We can no longer expect the old Packard Bells that were quite durable.

There is indeed a solution; the Broadcom Bluetooth driver 6.2.0 for Packard Bell LJ65.

If this behavior is present towards this brand "Packard" while it signs its bankruptcy, it is truly commercial and disciplinary unconsciousness.
