Hello,
When I turn on my PC, the Packard Bell startup screen appears, but once the computer is on, the screen stays black but I can see the cursor and move it.
As soon as I press F1, a small window opens with "identity card" written on it and below "user's guide".
What can I do to solve the problem? This computer is only a month old and I can’t use it anymore; it’s been 3 days already.
Sorry for the spelling mistakes.
Configuration: Windows Vista / Chrome 32.0.1700.76

Hello,
Try something...
Unplug it, remove the battery, and press the power button for at least 10 seconds.
Plug it back in and try to turn it on normally... -
Hello again,
I have already tried this manipulation without success and I have also tried removing and reinserting the RAM without success as well.
I don't know what else to do... -
And I should clarify that the first time it happened, I had to shut down the computer with the button and as a result the session got locked, and every time I turn it on, it unlocks this session and the screen is still black...
