    Hello

For the first image, it's, in principle, the CMOS battery on the motherboard that needs to be replaced.
In the meantime, press F2, then update the date and time, and save (usually F10).
    Restart.

As for the rest, my knowledge of Portuguese is non-existent.
Just in case, try last known configuration (ultima configuração .....)

Hello Phil and thank you for your response.

So I pressed F2 and updated the date and time.

I saved it by pressing F10 and the computer rebooted.

Then I selected the option: "last configuration".

I got the screen to start Windows with the Windows flag

and now I've been stuck on this screen for almost an hour with the bottom bar constantly changing color.

I'm waiting, do you think this is normal or do I need to do something?

    Thank you.

1 hour, that feels a bit long...

Restart it, go into the BIOS by pressing F2 right at startup.
    Select "default settings", usually F9
    save and reboot normally.

But there is a good chance that the system has a serious problem...

I just did it but I’m returning to this screen with the stripe that changes color. Do you think it’s dead or that by reinstalling something or changing a part I could make it work?

If the disk has no issues, you should try reinstalling.

Try creating a Linux live USB and booting from it to see if the rest works.
