I thank you in advance for your help. Here, I have an Acer Aspire Switch and last week, I was unable to perform the update that my PC wanted due to the internet connection. Since then, it won't turn back on. It shows the startup screen (with the Acer logo) and then it goes to a black screen with the little blue thing representing the mouse when it's loading and that's it, I can't turn it on. Knowing that since it's a tablet with a keyboard, it's impossible to remove the battery... Can someone help me? I would be eternally grateful!

I did it! Power on your computer. As soon as the Acer logo appears, press and hold the ALT key while repeatedly pressing the F10 key. Release the keys when a message appears indicating that Windows is loading the files.

In case someone has the same problem as me, which is that their Acer Aspire Switch 10 won't start but the battery charge light is "blue," here's how I managed to solve the problem with a bit of help from forums: I held down the power button for 10 seconds, then, after a pause of 1 or 2 seconds, I pressed it again to start the computer normally. And, oh miracle, it worked!
I hope this will work for your computers too.
