Screen stuck on "CTRL+Alt+DEL to log on"

Question

Hello, when I start my laptop, the following message appears: "Press CTRL + Alt + DEL to log on", but my mouse cursor does not move anymore and I am stuck on this message, I can't go any further, what should I do to resolve this problem which is due to a download of the fake software Avast  -- Thank you for your help

Hello,  Well, you have to press ctrl alt and delete at the same time...! Have you at least tried it...?

Try starting in safe mode and uninstalling the software that seems suspicious...

I also tried in safe mode by pressing F8 and it consistently goes back to  "CTRL+Alt+DEL to log in" -- Thank you for your help

And it doesn't work by typing the sequence then...? Do you have a Windows CD in your possession?

Boot from the CD and attempt a Windows repair to possibly fix the issue...

When I press F10 at startup, I get the following screen: Modify Windows startup options for: Windows 7 Path: \windows\system32\winload.exe Partition: 1 Hard drive: ca0df280 {/NOEXECUTE=OPTIN  Here's what I see on the screen, what should I do with this!!  -- Thank you for your help.
