I can't get MediaCreationTool to work!

I am urgently looking for answers! If you have any, please don't hesitate to share them in the comments!
I recently ordered Windows 10 and it arrived today, but there's a little problem: it is asking me to install MediaCreationTool with the corresponding architecture. I downloaded MediaCreationTool x64 from the Microsoft website since I have a 64-bit processor. I then run the software, and it displays the message: "An issue occurred while starting the installation program. Close the tool, restart the PC, and then try running the tool again." So, I closed the tool and restarted my PC. When I run it again, it still shows me the same thing! I really want to install Windows 10 and I need your help!!
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 46.0.2490.80

You need to put MediaCreationTool on a USB drive and then use this drive to follow the instructions from the site mentioned above.

Oh well, actually it's fine, the software restarted by itself, thanks anyway!
