Fps of an srt file

Hello,
Due to a subtitle timing issue, I had to follow this trick: https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/25312-decalage-progressif-entre-les-sous-titres-et-la-video
The problem is that I realized I have no way of knowing what the fps of my original srt is.
In fact, the Subtitle Workshop software keeps "in memory" the last entered information. It doesn’t seem to detect the information from the loaded file.
My question is, how can I find out the initial fps of my srt? (MediaInfo doesn’t seem to be able to handle an srt -> Format: SubRip/File size: 68.2 Kio/Format: SubRip/Compression mode: Uncompressed is a bit light ^^).
Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 38.0

    Hello,

I didn't know this trick, but the most common FPS are 23.976 and 25.000. Try one or the other as indicated in this other article: http://alconis.com/wp/2008/02/21/reparer-des-sous-titres-decales/

    Good luck ;)
    Best regards
