Hello,
I'm making a movie of my vacation using AVS Video Editor 5.2
I would now like to export it to AVI format, but I can't find any software.
Do you have any ideas?
Thank you

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

    Hello,

the VEP file is just a project recording in AVS VideoEditor; it is not a video file, so it cannot be converted.

To create a video file with AVS VideoEditor, you need to click the "Create a movie" button and then choose the type of video you want to obtain.
For example, for an AVI file, select File and in the new window that opens, choose AVI, then in Profile, opt for the kind of file you want from the drop-down list.
If you want to set the output video parameters yourself, you need to click on Advanced to configure the codecs, resolution, etc.
Then click Next, give your movie a name, choose the folder where your video will be saved, and finally click Create to start the process.

Note, if you do not have the paid version, meaning activated, a watermark will be placed in the center of the file, as indicated on the official site :-\

    Best regards

So, if we can't create a project (because we downloaded the free version), we can't read it?

      Hello,

The project is just the virtual editing in the software.
Saving the project serves to keep the "work" that has been done on the video in order to resume it later.
With the free version, you can perform editing, however.

However, if you create a video file, there will be a watermark, a small inscription in the center, indicating that the file was generated with the free version of AVS Video Editor.
