Printing issue with epson xp-425

Hello,

I can't print. When I turn on my printer, it tells me to turn it off and back on. I've unplugged and plugged everything back in, but nothing works. I still get the same error message.
I don't know what to do.

    Have you replaced your cartridges recently?

      Yes, I replaced the black cartridge.
