Hello, I uninstalled Skype and when I turned my PC back on: surprise: Skype for Business launches, which I didn't even ask to install, IMPOSSIBLE to remove! It's a disaster! It's not in the control panel with the other programs, I've tried various manipulations but nothing works and on top of that, my PC has kept traces of Skype in the registry that I can't permanently delete: everything keeps coming back, please help me...

According to this page, it is installed by default with Office 365 and cannot be uninstalled. However, it is possible to disable its automatic startup.

Thank you, Canarder. Indeed, I saw that he was hiding in Office, that bastard! Would it activate with the installation of Skype? Because I only installed Skype today and I had never seen Skype for Business before; it annoys me to see it on my PC.
Electricie, thank you, I will check Revo... -
It simply doesn't work with Revo because I can't find Skype for Business, nor Lync (which is its other name), so I can't uninstall it since it's not among the other programs, and therefore I also can't remove the traces that Skype left behind.

Have you checked in Msconfig to see if you can disable it?

Hello,
Try to perform a system restore to a date prior to the installation of Skype:
http://www.libellules.ch/dotclear/index.php?post/2012/11/03/Restaurer-votre-PC-sous-Windows-8
It won't remove the one that's installed with Office, but it should delete everything that was installed with the other installation. -
Hello everyone, just to let you know that it's good, it's on, thank you so much to all of you :) I will install Skype more!!!
