Blocked by a dialog box that keeps popping up

Hello,

For the past few days, I’ve had a dialog box popping up on one of my two 22-inch screens on my computer! This window, about 3/4 of an inch high, forms a band 2 to 6 inches wide where I see each open window in a small square. The box can accommodate up to 7 boxes in a line, and then a second line appears that is 1 and ½ inches high to display up to 14 windows on two lines.

There is a small square for the Firefox page, the Microsoft Word page, the Microsoft Outlook page, the boxes for my libraries: documents, images, and even a box displaying my desktop? When it appears, this box blocks everything I try to do. I’m paralyzed.

This week, I had updates for Windows 7 and Microsoft 2010. I received, among other things, "Microsoft Security Essentials." What a great software! I had an infestation of malware and spyware with pop-ups and ads that were ruining my internet experience. Thanks to "Microsoft Security Essentials," it managed to uncover the threats that were subsequently removed. The threats were: HackTool:Win32/Keygen and Backdoor:Win32/Fynloski.A

Now, there’s this little box that blocks my access whenever it appears, and I’ve tried everything to clean my computer, but I can’t do it! I’ve really downloaded all the known anti-malware and anti-spyware software, including: ZHPCleaner, ZHP Diag, ZHPFix, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, JRT, Revo Uninstaller Pro, Spybot- Search & Destroy, adwcleaner_4.202, Microsoft Security Essentials, NOD32 8.0, CCleaner Pro to clean up temporary files across all browsers: IE11, Firefox, and Google Chrome.

What do you recommend for this malware that is really annoying?
A thousand thanks in advance
Jean

    Hi,

Could you run a complete analysis with ZHPDiag?

    Hello Arnaud,
Many thanks for taking the time to respond in order to resolve my malware issue.

I did indeed perform a complete scan with ZHPDiag after cleaning with ZHPCleaner.

Since there were still some remnants NOT DETECTED by the cleaners, I used ZHPFix.

After running a follow-up ZHPDiag and performing a final cleanup with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, everything is gone and I finally have peace!

    Have a great summer, Arnaud.
    Thank you very much
