    Hello,
    On the manufacturer's site, maybe!
Windows 7 is it the 32 or 64 bit version?
Do you have an alert in the device manager, on the relevant line?
Please go to Start, Control Panel, Device Manager, and check.
32 or 64 bits, how to know, go to Start, right-click on Computer, Properties, it's noted on the System type line.
    Best regards.

    It's 64 bits
Indeed, I have a yellow exclamation point alert.

      OK.
On the alert line, please apply what this PAGE suggests.
In the example, it is about graphic cards, but you will of course apply the procedure to the line in question.
Copy the first line only (Ctrl+C) and paste it into your next response (Ctrl+V).

Thank you, I did it, there's no more exclamation mark.

Now I have another problem, the computer freezes, I have to turn it off with the power button.

Is the problem related to having updated the driver or did it exist before?

      Hello,
Not specifically, I just wanted to know if the latest issues were related to the driver installation!
When you say "the computer freezes," you can't do anything anymore, it freezes right from startup, at a specific moment, could you please clarify?
      See you later!
