    Can you specify the exact model of the PC?

    Go to Device Manager >>> right-click on the device >>> properties >>> Details.

    And post the device identifier here

      for my config.com I've already gone there, it only shows updates for certain drivers
      for the missing drivers it doesn't display them

      If I can tell you that it displays the peripheral and from there you can find your driver
      I got the hang of it today, I found my unknown peripheral driver on my Acer thanks to my configuration.
