Local System Service Host 100% CPU

Hello,

I have an Acer laptop running Windows 8.1, and I have an issue:
In Task Manager, I notice that my CPU is always over 50% with nothing open, and this is caused by the following process:

Service Host: Local System.

I don't see how I can resolve this issue because it seems important for the system, and I don't want to stop it...

What should I do?

Control Panel / System and Security / and in Windows Update you will see "Turn automatic updates on or off"

Furthermore, in the "Services" tab, click on the line "upnhost UPnP Device Host..." then click "Restart"!
