How to open port 1194 on UDP?

Hello, I’m a novice in IT and I’m working on a project in Linux. I’ve chosen to install a VPN server. During this project, I’m encountering a problem: I need to open my port 1194 in UDP so that there can be a connection between my client and the VPN server (I’m using OpenVPN). I’ve added a forwarding rule in the configuration of my Freebox router, a rule on the Windows firewall, and one on my Kaspersky antivirus. I’ve also manually configured my local IP so that the local IP matches the local IP specified for the port 1194 UDP forwarding (the previously mentioned Freebox configuration). However, my port still remains closed when I test it with a site like: https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

Side note: Previously, for my VPN, I had chosen port number 443 in TCP, and I was able to open it only by redirecting it on the Freebox and manually changing the local IP.
Just a quick remark: I had chosen this port initially because tutorials recommended selecting this port instead of 1194 as it would be more likely to be open according to firewall rules.
In the end, I had to switch from port 443 TCP to port 1194 UDP because I was receiving an error message during the VPN connection: bad encapsulated packet length from peer, and by searching online, I believe I understood that using port 1194 in UDP fixes this size issue.

So to summarize: my current problem is to successfully open port 1194 in UDP to allow OpenVPN connection. Knowing that I’ve added rules but may have made mistakes.

Hi,
I'm not sure this site tests well for UDP ...
have you tested the VPN directly?
