Where are my videos stored on my Mac?

Hello,

I imported all my videos and photos from my iPhone to my MacBook Pro (via USB cable, into iPhoto)... with the aim of storing everything on iCloud afterwards and especially to delete the files from my iPhone to free up space....

I want to be sure that all my photos and videos have been successfully imported.. I can see the photos in iPhone or still in Images... but I can't see the videos... can I sort by file type in iPhoto so that it displays the videos?? Or where are they classified?

Thank you thank you... I really care about these videos

Configuration: Mac OS X (10.10.2) / Safari 8.0.3

    Hello,

I don't use iPhoto, so I can't give you much information, but I would recommend checking Apple's support on the topic.

Additionally, to find your videos, you can search in Finder using .mov which is the format for videos taken with an iPhone. That will at least help you know where they are stored. :-)

    Hello,

For your photos, you solved the problem with iPhoto.

For your videos, why not use iMovie? With iMovie, your videos will be imported and you can even edit them afterwards.

      Hello,

Yes, I saw it, but do you think I can import my videos directly from my iPhone? I'm going to try connecting my iPhone to my Mac and importing from iMovie... I'm terrible, sorry... but thank you for your help.
