Space between the letters of words

I installed Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2010 on Windows XP, and when I inserted text into the slides, spaces appeared between the letters of the words.
How can I fix this problem?

    Hello,

    have you tried changing the font for this text?
    If it doesn't make any difference, open the "Font" dialog (CTRL T), go to the "Character Spacing" tab, and check that the spacing is set to "Normal" (and not "Expanded").

      Hello,
      I tried this solution, but the problem still persists. However, if I open the file on another computer with Windows XP and Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2010, the file displays normally.
      Are there any other solutions???

      Hi,
      I tried to start PowerPoint in safe mode, the issue is fixed, but how do I fix the problem in normal mode????
      Note, if I start Word and Excel and insert text, the problem doesn't exist, it's only with PowerPoint.
      Please help me and thank you.
