Sony xperia m2 - auto-rotation not working

Hello,

One of my friends has had a Sony Xperia M2 for 15 days.
At first, everything was working fine.

For the past few days, the automatic rotation of her phone has not been working.
Yet the auto-rotate option is checked on the phone, and when she opens the internet, for example, if she turns her phone, the screen does not rotate at the same time.

She has tried to:
Restart her phone
Disable and re-enable the auto-rotate

Nothing happens.

Have you ever encountered this problem with Xperia M2 owners?
If so, have you found a solution?

Thank you in advance for your feedback on this issue.

Best regards,

Guiling.

    Hello,
I've been using an Xperia M2 for 3 weeks and I'm experiencing the same problem as you. Have you found a solution?
    Thank you.

    Good evening,

It turns out that after a reset of the phone, it works again.

Good luck to everyone with this issue.

    Best regards,

    Guiling

Accelerometer issue, take the phone in your full hand, then perform quick rotations.

I have the same problem. If someone could answer us. Auto-rotate is enabled. On the internet and in the photo album, rotation does not work.
    Thank you.

I would say it's a bug with the phone; I myself have a Sony Xperia M2 and I have the same problem. It's true that I'm not really responding to the topic, but still, that's half of it.

You can tell him to reset his phone, I think that could work. Have a good evening.
