Actually, I found it! You need to go to
Settings>Applications>Manage applications (press the Menu key and select the "Filter" option from the "All" filter> search for "contacts list"> delete.

Have you thought about keeping the contact pressed?

but I want to delete several contacts!
actually a whole list (300) to return it to my partner and enter her contacts

the more efficient they are, the more they are designed by idiots!
who don't care about the customer$
all phones offer the option to delete all contacts

You need to go to Contacts > Edit > Scroll down to the bottom > Delete contact.

      There you go.

I'm going to tell you something: I have a Samsung Galaxy Naos, and I still haven't found the function to delete multiple ones! I haven't really looked into it either...

Good luck deleting your contacts one by one! ;p

SAMSUNG is indeed a scam company $
I no longer buy their products!!

I had a miniDVD camcorder, the private films were locked like the public films...impossible to copy them to the computer by inserting the mini DVD.....only playback was possible, a real scam!!

These ultra-modern phones have obvious functions removed by geeks who don't care about the customer and ergonomics.

    Hello,
on the Sony Xperia U it's as simple as a car: the reverse is on the left, the central button is neutral, and the button on the right activates something.
So you go to contacts, select the one to delete
and press in the bottom right (settings will appear)
    and you select -delete-

    that's it.
