Unable to change my Livebox interface password

Hello, currently with Orange using a Livebox Pro v3, I am unable to use my Wi-Fi due to security issues. Indeed, I am unable to change the password for the Livebox interface. Having computers available for my clients that should be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi, any client who is somewhat tech-savvy could access the interface and thus change its settings. When I called Orange support, I learned that I would have to pay €29 excluding VAT for a technician to do it from their office. For me, it's out of the question to pay again for a service I already pay for (the Wi-Fi). Also, being under contract for 10 months, canceling my contract would cost me over €1200 including tax. What other options do I have without having to pay again for a service I already pay for? Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 40.0.2214.115

So, if I'm not mistaken, Orange's Wi-Fi access will only work for Orange customers with their own Wi-Fi access identifier, or else they have to PAY AGAIN. Therefore, this will only be a limited service offered and not a free service. As for the security of the visited sites, I take care of that by blocking the ports. I'm not an Orange operator and I do not recommend using it for my clients. That's why I'm now looking forward to the end of my contract.

      so simply:
      192.168.1.1
      then
      login:admin
      password: admin
      I click on account
      I enter the old password
I enter the new password twice
and I put the answer to the question then save.

Is it your internet browser that's giving you this error?

      What version of Windows?

      Which exact browser?

Is Java up to date on the PC?

      Have you tried another browser?
