Hello,

I bought a computer (HP Pavilion g series) and it can't detect my Orange LiveBox (but it detects other LiveBoxes) whereas my other laptop detects it just fine.

Can you help me? Because I admit I don't know much about computers ><

Thank you very much.

It's all good, I have the internet. Once my computer detects the Livebox, I just need to connect it.

Thank you very much everyone for your help :)

    Hello,

Do you have the latest livebox (the square one)?

    Good evening,

my Livebox is the Sagem from Orange with 5 lights. I can't get it to pair because my computer doesn't even detect it.. however, it detects others :(

How can I change the channel on my Livebox? Or switch it from b/g/n to b/g?

    Thank you :)

Have you checked the channels on your livebox?

Here is my computer now detecting my Livebox (I changed the channel of my Livebox to 11) but when I click on my Livebox to connect, it tries to connect automatically and tells me that the connection is impossible before I can even enter my Wi-Fi security key.

Do I need to configure something else?

    Hi

Association or not, it doesn't prevent you from "detecting" the Livebox, it's more of an issue with the type of Wi-Fi (b/g/n) or the channel in the box (try 10 or 11)
