Unable to launch web interface 192.168.1.1

Hello,
I have tried with different browsers (cleared caches) and I can no longer launch the web interface of my Livebox, with the 192.168.1.1.
I have disabled the VPN, turned off the firewall, and still nothing works.
The ping successfully finds the box at 192.168.1.1
my computer is on the same network via Ethernet DHCP
Even with my phone, I cannot open the box.
Yesterday, I had to install and uninstall Avast, I don't know if that's what messed something up that I can't find.
I can't find any hidden VPN.
I trust you to find a solution.
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Maybe by restarting the Livebox?

Hello
"Yesterday I had to install and uninstall Avast"
"to launch the web interface of my Livebox"
And now we can no longer tell which firewall and/or which antivirus allows or does not allow all your applications, for example, to connect. a browser, the ISP for the interface and the client's account for the box...

Hello,
If it's pinged correctly, there’s no example where you can't connect to a local network address unless some "security" software is blocking it.
The issue with VPNs, Avast, and other such software is that they are difficult to configure and even harder to uninstall properly, unless you use the dedicated tools provided by the vendor, which is probably the solution to the problem.
A firewall that blocks the local network or doesn’t immediately offer the option to set up security rules for the local network doesn’t make any sense; why would you want to use Avast?
