Hello,
could you help me with the SMS from 38691? I'm receiving this text: A sign-in to your account has recently occurred from IE on Windows.
I asked them for explanations and was responded to: COMPATEL Service provided by Compatel Ltd. CR 122767CC. Customer service: +442032864235. Unsubscription confirmed. And again I received, a sign-in to your account has recently occurred ...... I'm hesitant to call this number, not feeling reassured; recently, my Facebook page was duplicated but I reported everything. Could you help me? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

    I didn’t catch everything…
    Do you still have access to your account or were you hacked?

    This kind of message is received when you have enabled the “notification” for login locations…
