A Purchase Issue on Steam.

Hello and good evening, my problem is that I can't buy a game on Steam even though I have the necessary money in my Steam wallet (more than €13.99) and every time I try to purchase, I see this message:
An unexpected error has occurred. Unable to proceed with your purchase.
I've already submitted a ticket to Steam support but it's taking a really long time and I'm getting a bit impatient :( Please help me >_<

    It happened to me too and one day it ended up working... I don't really have a solution other than suggesting you do it directly via the website and not the app because that's often where it bugs :)

      The problem is that I don't have a debit card to be able to pay >_< I've added funds on Steam using Paysafecard.

        No, my money is not lost; I still have it in my account, but with the problem I have, it makes my money useless and almost lost since I can't spend it.

        Can't you make a purchase even through the website? Is Steam Guard properly activated?

      The problem has been solved; it was the IP address that was causing issues! :3
