Hello,
During a mail merge, Word generates a file containing x letters for as many recipients. We can say that this file forms a "chain."
My question: is it possible to unchain, or obtain separate files (1 for each letter/recipient)? For example, if the file consists of 30 letters, how can I get 30 individual files?
My goal is to be able to place a copy in the document management system or in the client's digital folder after sending.
Today, to do this, I have to scan each printed letter to create a PDF.
Is there another way?
Windows 7 and Office 2007.
Thank you in advance for your clarifications.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 35.0

that should solve her problem, I'll keep her "just in case" for my mailing documents (it might be useful)
Actually, it's something that is commonly requested. So, definitely to set aside! See you later!
